Kitty
Kitty has a varied role within the Willoughby Farms group of companies, splitting her time between the farm, Alford Crematorium and Well Vale Ltd. On the farm Kitty deals with agri-environmental schemes, audits, forestry and properties. Kitty has a degree in Economics and a masters in Biological Recording. She is a member of the Independent Agricultural Appeals panel and the Agricultural Committee of the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust.
Gay
Gay is Chairman of Willoughby Farms and oversees the whole Estate. Gay has increased the breadth of the estate dramatically, developing the agri-environmental schemes, livestock enterprises, properties and lettings and the diversification businesses. She enjoys getting out of the office and is regularly to be found crop walking or checking on the cattle. Gay has a degree in agriculture and has spent her career in mixed agriculture and property.
Nick
Nick is Managing Director and Farm Manager. He oversees all of the farming side of the business. Nick has a background in arable farm management and this shows in his drive to maximise returns from cropping, pursuing innovative techniques and crops to do this. Nick keeps himself at the forefront of developments in the industry and is equally at home whether driving a forklift of dealing with the largest grain traders.
